How can I upload my customized messages?
You can record in mp3/wav mono format, max length 32sec, and upload them in your Reserved Area. Before doing it, you should have bought the service “upload messages” in the same area.If you want to activate the IVR service (first level), you should upload the full set of customized messages that includes:
- Welcome
- IVR Menu
- Number block
- Voicemail
- Stand by
- Not available outside office hours
- Not available
