Do you want to customise the voice messages your clients will hear?

B2YOU offers for free and in the local language the following messages:
  • Wait: "The number you have dialed is currently busy, please hold”
  • Not available: "Our operators are busy, please call back later”
  • Voicemail: "Our operators are busy, please leave a message after the beep”
  • Announce: “Incoming call from the toll free number"
If you prefer to customize your messages, you can buy the service “upload messages” for 10€ one shot.

How can I upload my customized messages?

You can record in mp3/wav mono format, max length 32sec, and upload them in your Reserved Area. Before doing it, you should have bought the service “upload messages” in the same area.

If you want to activate the IVR service (first level), you should upload the full set of customized messages that includes:

Welcome message
The welcome message is the most important, it's the first contact between the customer and your company. Allows you to introduce your company to the customer and communicate that the call is for free.
Example: "Welcome to Rossi Spa, we inform you that the call is for free. Please hold on, we'll answer you as soon as possible"
Welcome message with virtual switchboard
Example: "Welcome to Rossi Spa, we inform you that the call is for free, please digit 1 to talk to the administration, 2 for sales, 3 for customer service"
Number block message
Example: "Welcome to Rossi Spa, our toll free number is available only for landline. If you like to call us by mobile phone please digit 02 xxx xxx xx "
Announce message
This message informs operators that the call is coming from the toll free number.
If you have more toll free numbers you can differentiate the advice: one per each toll free number you are managing.
Example: "Call from the toll free number 800-xxx-xxx"
Stand by message
The Waiting Message communicates that the lines are busy and invites to hold on.
Companies can exploit the waiting message promoting a commercial offer, propose a new product or the website.
Example: "All of our operators are currently busy, please hold on not to lose the priority acquired. In the meantime, you should visit our website www.RossiSpa.it "
Not available outside office hours message (only for IVR)
The Not Available Message works when the toll free number is not available / active.
Allows you to communicate to customers when the offices are open.
Example: "Sorry, our offices are closed. Please call Monday through Friday, from 9 am to 6 pm. Thank you. "
Not available message
Example: "Sorry, at the moment we're unable to answer, please try again later. Thank you. "
Voicemail message
The Voice Mail Message starts when the call is transferred to voicemail.
You can customize it by asking a phone number, or inviting to visit your website. The message is delivered to your email address and uploaded in your control panel.
Example: "Welcome on Rossi Spa, our offices are open from 9am to 6pm, from Monday to Friday. Please leave a message and your contact details after the beep, we'll answer you as soon as possibile."
